Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest
I didn't particularly care for it. The actors were fine the action was decent but the move script left me cold. I absolutely hate sequels that rip the heart out of the original and end in a cliffhanger requiring a third to finish, especially when the script is so poor. Top that off with the feeling that everyone is teleporting all over the globe with technology right out of Star Wars and it gets even worse. If you like the original and don't want the story ruined for you head for the hills. It is possibly they may salvage the storyline but at this point I don't see how.

The first two Lord of the Rings movies were both cliffhangers technically. This one is a cliffhanger in the same sense.
I thought the script was fairly witty at least as far as dialogue.

The end right before the credits was somewhat plot devicey though.

I recommend seeing it, and I enjoyed it quite a bit, even if the above "If it's not the best, it's ok or worse" review style above says it's not good.
