Art fatalities

It's not often you get a headline about death due to art but when it happens we must all be reminded of how dangerious and deadly art can be.

Two people have been killed and 13 injured after a giant, inflatable sculpture blew free from its moorings. Many were inside the artwork, which consists of connected rooms, when it lifted 30ft into the air at Riverside Park, Chester-le-Street, County Durham.
But definition, I would think something defined as "inflatable art" is not something necessarily built to be climbed into.
