Alito - Constitution Does Not Protect a Right to an Abortion

The supreme court nomination of Alito is about to get radioactive.

WASHINGTON - Supreme Court nominee Samuel Alito boasted about his work arguing that "the Constitution does not protect a right to an abortion" while trying to become a deputy assistant attorney general in the Reagan administration, according to documents released Monday.
Abortion and self blame paralasys for all the worlds woes are about all the democrats stand for.

It doesn't, but the principles the government is founded upon do give a measure of allowance in my opinion.

Any semi honest legal schollar will say that abortion is not protected except by a court decision.

No one on the left likes to hear that, just like nobody likes to hear that what they are doing is wrong.

I agree that it is not currently encoded, but it should be.

The right to privacy is also not spelled out in the constitution but I would argue that if the writers of the constitution could have invisioned the future they might have stated it clearly. I think the court was correct in the belief that it is implied throughout. If that is valid then stating abortion falls into the privacy domain is not a stretch.
